I went on the UR retreat in 2023 after an intense struggle with my mental health that peaked in the year prior. The empowerment, courage, hope ,and friends I gained through this experience was immeasurable, it changed my life. After regularly attending the Monday nights over the past 2 years, I am privileged to have the opportunity to be apart of the team of leaders that continue to impact so many lives every year.
