Biography
Hi, I’m Lisa Devenish, a local real estate agent based in Ringwood, proudly working with hundreds of families across Maroondah, Whitehorse, and the Yarra Valley. In my day-to-day, I see and hear the silent battles many young girls face, from self-confidence struggles and bullying to social pressures, abuse, and incredibly tough home lives.
That’s why I’ve partnered with Bridge Builders Youth Organisation, an incredible charity changing lives through programs like the Girls U.R. Retreat, a safe, empowering space where teenage girls can reset, grow, and believe in themselves again.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering at the retreat, and this year, I’m back again — ready to support, lead, and walk alongside these girls as they discover their worth and step into a brighter future.
But here’s the reality: many of these girls can’t afford to attend.
