My name is Kate Coenen and I’m a parent, business owner and volunteer in my role as ‘Event Executive’ for Bridge Builders. This UR retreat, girls camp is an event very dear to my heart. Having been a leader at the camp for the last 2 years, I’ve seen firsthand what positive influence this camp. During just 4 days, 70 girls, aged 13-16yo, are loved, respected, valued and feel they belong, which is often missing in their troubled lives at home/ school.
