A first timer to the UR retreat I couldn’t be more excited to be involved. I have heard so many amazing things about the retreat over the years and the ways in which it has helped transform the lives of so many young women. I am a huge believer in early intervention and providing young people with the space to feel heard, the knowing they are important and the experience of having their story shared in trust and validated.
